Solidroad is committed to delivering reliable and transparent Software as a Service (SaaS) to our customers. This Service Policy outlines our policies related to refunds, delivery, returns, and cancellations to ensure clarity around your rights and responsibilities when using Solidroad’s platform.



Refund Policy


Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under specific conditions, including but not limited to failure of the Solidroad platform to perform and material breaches of agreed service levels outlined in our Order form.


How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to support@solidroad.com, including details of the issue and how it violates the agreed-upon service expectations.


Processing Time
Solidroad will assess the refund request within a reasonable timeframe. If the claim is deemed valid, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.


Non-Refundable Items
Fees for services already delivered, onboarding, or other non-refundable items as outlined in the Subscription Order or Service Agreement are not eligible for refunds.



Delivery Policy


Access to Services
Upon successful payment and completion of any required onboarding or setup, customers will receive access to the Solidroad platform immediately & is delivered digitally.


Return Policy

As Solidroad provides digital, subscription-based services, we do not accept returns. Customers are encouraged to review the service features, documentation, and trial options before committing to a subscription.



Cancellation Policy


Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription by providing written notice to support@solidroad.com at least 30 days before the end of the current billing term. Failure to provide notice may result in automatic renewal based on your current subscription plan.


Post-Cancellation Access
Following cancellation, access to the platform will continue until the end of the paid term. After that, access will be revoked, and customer data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and applicable data protection laws.



General Terms


Policy Updates
Solidroad reserves the right to update these policies. Changes will be communicated in writing and will apply to the next subscription term.


Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding these policies, we encourage customers to reach out directly to Solidroad at support@solidroad.com for resolution before seeking third-party remedies.
